The Doorway to Your Next Chapter
You accomplished what you set out to do. Maybe the children have left home and you’re ready for your new project.
Maybe your career has taken you as far as it can. Maybe a relationship or role that once fit no longer does. Maybe retirement is on the horizon.
The life that once felt full suddenly leaves more room than expected. Things might look good on the outside. But inside you might be feeling
bored. empty. restless.
Something inside you is quietly asking, “What’s next?”
And you’re no longer willing to accept the life you’re currently living even if it felt beautifully perfect once upon a time. You’re now asking, “Why am I feeling this?”
Conversely, some of us may experience a major life transition — perhaps a job loss, change of city, dissolution of a marriage, loss of a loved one, illness.
You’ve likely done the work. You’ve explored healing, mindset, personal growth. These have all been valuable tools, helping you to come to exactly where you are today.
Maybe you’re not in crisis.
Maybe you’re simply arriving at the threshold of your next chapter.
And maybe you’re sensing that what brought you here may not be what takes you forward.
This can feel quietly uncomfortable — quietly frustrating — especially, given the personal development you’ve done.
The way you’ve been thinking, choosing and living may have taken you as far as it can.
But it’s unlikely to take you to where you’re trying to go now.
If this resonates — you’re in the right place
You’ve probably had moments of clarity of a deep desire to express yourself in a way that feels
More on purpose
more meaningful
more alive
Though, you’re not sure what that might even look like. Or, perhaps you do know, but you don’t know how to get from here to there.
And you feel a strong desire for the years ahead to reflect who you really are now.
If you’re a woman ready to live more fully from what is true for you now, whether you’ve done some work or not in identifying your gifts, my work is to walk alongside you to see that your brilliant work gets out into the world using my signature whole-woman approach — The Emergent Woman Method™ — embodying mind, body, spirit, emotions and energy — a complete system.
Because true transformation asks us to meet ourselves differently — with curiosity, with openness, and with a gentle loving willingness to become uncomfortable enough to do something new.
A new way of seeing yourself —
of choosing — of living.
A Creator energy. Not controlling everything around us.
It emerges from the deeper core of your self awareness — self trust — self leadership — for what is yours to choose as you journey forward.
So, maybe there’s something in you quietly saying...
“the way I’ve been living no longer tells the whole story of who I am.”
For a real conversation about where you are, what’s been stirring beneath the surface, and what you’re longing for.
“Liz knows how to ask the right question that can open a door.”

I’ve Lived a Few Chapters Myself
An earlier career in PR, took me into the media world and into storytelling across countries and cultures.
It taught me to notice what isn’t being said, understand different perspectives, translate meaning and find the words that create genuine connection.
Those are skills I still cherish. But some of my deepest education came from life itself.
From moving countries and learning what it meant to find my place in different cultures. From navigating the dissolution of my marriage and learning the meaning of full-time single parenthood. From living through the extraordinary, sometimes humbling journey of motherhood.
Each chapter expanded my understanding of belonging, achievement, expectations and the stories we quietly build our lives around.
Hi, I’m Liz
While my professional life had taught me to listen for the story beneath the story, my personal journey eventually led me to listen more closely to my own.
I became fascinated by what sits beneath our conscious stories:
the patterns we repeat,
the beliefs we inherit,
the parts of ourselves we learn to silence, and
the ways we adapt in order to belong.
That exploration led me into the worlds of psychology, societal and cultural expectations, intergenerational patterns and spiritual psychology.
While my training as a yoga teacher, and in the fields of quantum physics, neuroscience, epigenetics and somatics opened another doorway — into the emotional and physical intelligence of the body and the things we can know, feel or avoid knowing before we ever have words for them.
“Liz helped me see things I perhaps couldn’t see for myself.” — Amanda
My work spans group as well as individual coaching, both valuable — and I came to see that transformation is rarely a matter of simply understanding something intellectually.
We can know what we want and still be afraid to move toward it.
We can recognize an old pattern and still find ourselves pulled back into it.
As your coach, I help you see what you cannot yet see...
The patterns.
The assumptions.
The blind spots.
The possibilities.
I help you uncover what’s been quietly getting in your way, and awaken to capacities and possibilities you may not yet know are there.
So you can feel more alive to what might be possible.
And then, I’ll lovingly call you forward.
Not because I know where you should go.
But because you do.
And when the familiar calls you back, I’ll be there to cheer you on and remind you of what you’ve already seen — to help you believe it, move toward it.
And that’s why I created The Emergent Woman Method™: a complete whole-person system for exploring what is ready to emerge and create meaningful change from the inside out.
Because what magically awaits you is expanded self leadership, meaningful creations, more passion, more freedom, more prosperity.

There comes a point when simply asking “What’s next?” isn’t enough.
You may find yourself asking
deeper questions:
What matters to me now?
What do I want these next years to be about?
What gifts, desires or possibilities in me are still waiting to be expressed?
What would make my life feel not only successful, but meaningful?
This is where transformation becomes more than change.
It’s about becoming more fully in touch with the woman you are now—and creating a life that has room for her.
How I work
My Signature Whole-Woman Approach
A complete system catalyzing irreversible transformation for women from the inside out.
We think.
We feel.
We sense.
We intuit.
These aren’t separate pieces of you. They are constantly informing one another.
SOMETIMES
your mind understands something long before you’re ready to act on it.
SOMETIMES
your body is telling you something your conscious mind hasn’t caught up with.
SOMETIMES
there is a quiet inner knowing that you can’t quite explain, but know not to ignore.
Bringing together the mind, emotions, body, spirit and energy.
The work is to bring them into a more coherent conversation—so you can hear yourself more clearly, make choices that feel true to you, and stay present enough to live those choices.
Who is the Emergent Woman?
She has spent most of her life being good at what life asked of her.
She has lived, loved, adapted, achieved... and she has no desire to throw any of it away. It has brought her to where she is now.
But somewhere along the way, she has a sense that the life she’s built is no longer telling the whole story of who she is now.
There could be an idea that keeps returning... A project. a business. a book. something creative. a different way of working. a community she wants to create. a mission. something she isn’t even sure what to call yet.
She just knows that some part of her is still alive in it.
For years, she might have thought it too impractical, too late, too risky.
But now the question feels different:
What if I gave this part of me some room?
And that question opens a door.
Not necessarily to a completely different life. But to a different relationship with the life she already has.
She begins noticing... less of the voice that tells her what makes sense, what is expected, what everyone else needs from her — but to the quieter voice underneath them...
What gives her energy.
Who she feels most herself with.
What she wants more of.
She begins to recognize the stories she has been living by — and to see that some of them were never really hers.
What Opens Up
And perhaps, for the first time in a long time, she lets herself want something without immediately explaining why she shouldn’t.
She stops asking, “Is this practical?” before asking, “Is this alive?”
Not that practicality stops mattering. It doesn’t.
But she no longer gives it the first and final vote.
Something begins to hear her own voice without needing everyone else to agree with it.
She can sit with uncertainty without rushing back to the familiar.
And slowly, choice begins to replace conditioning.
She is becoming more conscious. Not more perfect.
Then something else happens
She begins to participate more fully in her own life.
She has the conversation.
Puts the idea into the world.
Lets herself be seen.
Lets herself be surprised.
Not because she has zero concerns.
But because fear is no longer running the show.
And this is where the transformation becomes bigger than the original thing she came to coaching for.
Because she isn’t simply learning how to make one better decision.
She is learning how to meet herself wherever she is.
New relationship. Difficult conversation.
Creative risk. Unfamiliar room.
Different city. New workplace.
A chapter she never planned for.
She doesn’t have to walk into each new situation asking:
“Who do I need to be here?”
She can ask:
“What matters to me here?”
“What do I want to bring?”
“What am I willing to give—and what am I no longer willing to give away?”
She can grow without making her past wrong.
Keep becoming without having to become someone else.
And her relationships begin to change too.
Because she is relating to them more freely.
Not because she needs people less.
And she begins to ask a question that may be just as important as any question about her own future:
“What kind of people and communities do I want around me now?”
Because the next chapter isn’t only about what she wants to do.
It’s about who she wants to do life with.
She may deepen old friendships. Make new ones. Find people who share her values, creativity, sense of adventure or desire to live more consciously.
Create community rather than waiting for community to happen.
Release relationships that have become one-sided.
Discover that connection doesn’t require performing.
And something important begins to return:
Aliveness.
In laughter, shared meals, conversation.
In friendship, intimacy, belonging.
In community, creativity, contribution.
This is what makes the transformation portable
Life will keep changing.
There will be new beginnings, endings, disappointments, opportunities, losses, surprises and possibilities.
The point is not to control what comes next.
It is to know that she can meet it.
She has an inner compass she can carry into every future chapter.
She knows how to discern.
How to stay with herself when things become unfamiliar.
And how to return to herself when she has lost her way.
And that is the part of transformation that becomes difficult to undo.
Not because she will never struggle again.
But because once she has experienced what it feels like to hear herself clearly, she cannot quite go back to not knowing.
She has discovered something.
She can trust herself to stay with herself.
And she takes that discovery with her.
Into the next conversation.
The next adventure.
The next relationship.
The Deeper Promise of The Emergent Woman Method™
Not a perfected woman.
Not a shiny new-and-improved version of herself.
Not a completely reinvented life.
More herself.
A woman who can enter a new chapter without needing to become a new person.
A woman who can dream without immediately talking herself out of it.
A woman who can love without losing herself.
A woman who can make difficult choices and meet the unfamiliar without automatically retreating to the familiar.
A woman who knows what matters to her, respects what matters to others, and consciously chooses how she wants to show up.
And ultimately, this isn’t really about becoming better at navigating life. It's about being more fully alive in it.
More room for the woman who has been waiting to emerge.
More room for the dance of possibility—connection—purpose—playfulness.
Because life is always emerging through us.
And perhaps the real question of this next chapter isn’t:
“What should I do with the rest of my life?”
Perhaps it’s:
“What is still alive in me—and what happens if I give it room?”
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You need to know how to find your way back to yourself.
And from there, meet whatever comes next.
Meet who you are NOW
Kind Words
“Liz’s fierce heart—her deep kindness and willingness to give it to me straight.”
Liz has an amazing ability to create group spaces filled with warmth, humour, honesty and absolutely no judgment. I’ve always felt safe to show up as I am. She knows how to ask the right question that can open a door, helping people become more courageous.
In working with Liz, I began to see the responsibility I had been carrying in my family relationships and seeing what was actually mine to carry.
I developed better boundaries and was able to reconnect with my mother while still being myself. A huge change for me.
What I love most is Liz’s fierce heart. Her ability to be deeply kind and willing to give it to me straight. I’ve always felt heard and safe enough to be real, and from there things could shift.
Joanna K, Athletic Coach
Calgary, Canada“Being the ‘black sheep’ can be a blessing in many ways.”
I feel deeply grateful Liz was brought into my life. I’ve been so moved by her knowledge, wisdom and commitment to her craft of transformation. Liz creates a space where you can see yourself and your life in new ways.
We share the experience of being the ‘black sheep’ in our families of origin, and Liz helped me see this not as something to overcome, but as something that can hold meaning and purpose.
She helped me understand that the ‘black sheep’ can be a soul with a unique role to play—and that being the ‘black sheep’ can be a blessing in many ways.
I’ve personally experienced shifts just by virtue of being around her. When you work with Liz, you are truly in good hands!
Kelly M, Social Worker (LCSW)
California, United States“Liz has a real gift for hearing what’s underneath what you’re saying.”
I’ve always felt that Liz totally ‘got me’. Through working with Liz, I started to see my sister’s silence a bit differently. She helped me realise that I couldn’t make my sister open up about her illness, but I did have a choice about how I wanted to be with her. Instead of getting so frustrated with her, I began to see things differently.
I realised I’d been looking to my sister for answers and reassurance about what she was going through, when of course she couldn’t give me that. And oddly enough, that gave me a real sense of peace.
Liz has a real gift for hearing what’s underneath what you’re saying and helped me see things I perhaps couldn’t see for myself, without ever making me feel judged or that I should be doing things differently. She’s really championed me – such a precious thing to receive from someone.
Amanda H, Psychologist
United Kingdom“Liz definitely has a spark for helping others find theirs!”
She has had a real gift for helping me see things differently. In the time I’ve worked with Liz, I’ve become more aware of the stories and beliefs I carry and learned to look at them with more clarity and perspective.
One situation I had replayed over and over in my mind for years began to look completely different.
Working with Liz helped me shift a belief I’d been carrying for a long time and move from feeling stuck in the same old story to seeing the situation with more acceptance and growth.
Liz asks questions that help me get clear, and offers guidance and perspective when I need it. I always feel truly understood.

You Don’t Need to Know Exactly What’s Next
You simply need to be curious enough to ask:
“What is possible for me now?”
A discovery call is a chance to explore that question together. Let’s have a real conversation about where you are, what’s been stirring beneath the surface, and what you’re longing for.
